How to Find Billing & View Bills (Shopify Mobile App)
Use these steps to check upcoming charges, view past bills, and download invoices from the Shopify mobile app.
Step 1: Open the Menu

Open the Shopify mobile app

Tap the 4-line Menu (☰) icon in the bottom bar
(second icon from the right)
You will see the main navigation screen with:

Home
-
Orders
-
Products
-
Customers
-
Analytics
-
Settings (at the bottom)
Step 2: Go to Settings
-
Tap Settings
Step 3: Open Billing
-
Under Store settings, tap Billing
You will now see:
-
Upcoming bill (amount & next charge date)
-
Payment method (UPI ID / Card / Net Banking)
-
Past bills with status (Paid / Unpaid)
Step 4: View All Past Bills
In the Past bills section, you can:

Switch between All / Paid / Unpaid

Use Filter or Sort icons to find a specific bill
Step 5: Open a Bill

Tap any bill number
(example: Bill #360127764)
Step 6: Understand the Bill Details
Inside the bill, you will see:
Bill Summary (Top Section)

Bill total
-
Status – Paid / Unpaid
-
Paid on date
-
Payment method
(example: Visa •••• 9008 or UPI)
Payment Timeline
-
Shows when:
-
Bill was created
-
Payment attempts happened
-
Payment was completed
-
Step 7: View Detailed Line Items

Scroll to Details
-
Tap Subscription, Taxes, or other items to expand
-
Tap View in charge table for a clean breakdown of all charges
Step 8: Confirm Amount Due
-
Scroll to the bottom of the bill
You will see Amount due:
-
₹0.00 → Bill is fully paid
-
Any amount shown → Payment pending
📌 Shopify will automatically retry payment on the date shown if unpaid.
Step 9: Download or Share the Bill (Optional)

Tap the three-dot (⋮) menu at the top-right of the bill

Download or share the bill/receipt
(Options may vary by region or app version)
Step 10: Go Back

Tap ← Back to return to:

Billing list → Settings → Main app

Download invoices for CA or GST filing

Ensure billing address is correct to avoid tax issues

Update payment method before the due date
